I am actually in the middle of the plan again! At the end first of the first attempt, I could not wait to bin it and never ever wanted to hear or see aloe vera again- the whole thing was evil and it tasted disgusting. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar. I was traumatized. So, why am I doing it again I hear you ask? I do not promote it or endorse it but if you do want to lose 6- 7 lbs in 9 days- well, it works for me anyway. I have lapsed back into bad eating habits over the past few weeks and need to lose weight to feel and look better for Christmas. I needed to take drastic steps. So Clean 9 (1. 0): 1. The most dramatic weight loss is in the first 1- 3 days- I lost 3. I was in total shock and I really struggled. I stuck to it religiously but I could not squeeze in the 3. Never deviated once- I even sat in a cafe and watched my wife tuck into a full English breakfast which she shared with my son. Didnt touch a single morsel. Get that for commitment. At the end I lost 4. Clean 9 (2. 0)Far easier this time- started on Saturday, planned and bought all my meals/water/fruit in advance, watered down the aloe vera, moved to chocolate shakes and drink with almond milk. Of course mentally I was ready. In fact, I would nearly go so far as to say I am enjoying it which has me worried that I may not lose the same amount of weight. I will know next Sunday how much I have lost. Good Pointsa. As mentioned by others, it really did kick start a better outlook on food. I found myself for the first time buying a cooking sweet potato, almond milk, quinoa, and making salad as opposed to chucking a few greens on the side. Took up a gym programme and joined a running club. Yes, you are spending . Taste- although the 2nd time has been far more bearable. If you do not change your eating habits and lifestyle you will pile the weight back on. So all in all- I would actually recommend it but purely as a kick start to a better food and exercise regime. Whether aloe vera is actually any good for weight lose- I sincerely doubt it. Remember you do not eat for 2 days, cut out carbs completely and restrict your diet to 6. Filling up on aloe vera and protein shakes is just to get you through the day. A few tips: a. Start it at the weekend- I made the mistake in hindsight of starting on a Monday. As day 1 & 2 are the hardest getting through work was horrendous and I cluttered up my office trying to figure out the potions and mixtures. Far easier to get into the regime while in the comfort of your home. Plan your meals and buy all the ingredients in advance- I was almost delirious roaming the supermarkets while on the diet. Eat apples, pears and tomatoes to ease the hunger pangsd. The shakes leaves a not so nice fishy aftertaste the chocolate is nicer than the vanilla- I mixed it with almond milk. The vanilla flavor I found rancid. Mix the Aloe Vera with 2. GM Diet Day 7 diet plan with tips of how to prepare, what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Things I Learned In The First 2. Days. Disclaimer: Iâm not a doctor, and I donât play one on TV. Iâm not sharing any medical advice here, only what Iâve learned and experienced myself on the 5. You can talk to your doctor to learn more. If you arenât interested in dieting and/or losing weight with this diet, just skip this post. You read that right. Because I talked to a medical professional about what it is, how it works, and if I was a candidate for the diet. I know this diet is not for everybody. A list of vegetarian protein foods, complete with protein contents and amino acid profile information. Verywell offers free food nutrition data. Learn how to live a healthier lifestyle by eating more nutritious meals and making better diet choices. You need to eat more 1200 is the total lest you should each day also you need to eat food the will feed your metabolism and keep it running eating junk wont do that. I went on the 800 calorie diet for about 3 months.I felt really ill for a few weeks, I had very little energy and felt really fatiqe.after the first few weeks were. If you donât agree with this diet Iâm okay with that, but I prefer not to be judged for my decision to try it. Please keep comments positive. Feel free to ask questions. And please, if you have any tips or recipes to share, Iâm all ears! What Is the 5. 00 Calorie Diet? The 5. 00 calorie diet is sometimes referred to the HCG diet. The 5. 00 calorie diet is normally done with the HCG diet, though it can be done separately. With the 5. 00 calorie diet, you restrict your caloric intake to 5. No sugar, no fats (not even good ones), no starches, no alcohol, no treats. It can be safe to do as long as you donât do it for more than 4. So youâll supposedly get a muscle- toned body that sheds weight at a reported average of 1 pound per day for men, and about 1/2 pound a day for women. You take the HCG daily via a pill or injectible. Some people just do just the 5. HCG with it as well. Here Iâm discussing ONLY the 5. What Does the 5. 00 Calorie Diet Consist Of? As you can imagine, itâs not super fun. For breakfast you can have tea (I drink green tea which is known to help encourage weight loss) or coffee. You can have a tablespoon total of low- fat milk daily. Have you heard of or are you considering the 500 calorie diet? Here's a breakdown of what it is, how it works, and what I learned during the first 20 days. How Many Calories Do I Need? Nearly everyone has wondered how many calories they should eat. There are calorie calculators all over the internet. What is considered a healthy high protein diet? High protein, low carbohydrate diets are all the rage at the moment, with literally hundreds of different diets. One of the most curious diets that I 28 2000 calorie diet plans you can use to lose weight and/or gain muscle depending on your weight and height. These 2000 calorie diet meal plans work. Lunch and dinner include 1. I donât even eat the breadstick anymore. Meats are limited to lean beef, chicken breast, veal, white fish, shrimp, crab or lobster, while vegetables are limited to spinach, cabbage, chard, tomatoes, onions, fennel, radishes, cucumbers, celery, bell peppers, mushrooms, green beans, asparagus and green salads. For your fruit, you can choose from an apple, orange, half of a grapefruit or a handful of strawberries. Tips: You arenât supposed to have the same meat, veggies, or fruit twice a day. So if you have chicken and asparagus for lunch, donât have it again for dinner. Itâs acceptable to have your fruit separately from your meat and veggies. I usually have mine mid- morning and as a dessert after dinner. You also shouldnât mix fruits, however you can mix veggies. So you can mix mushrooms, onions, and asparagus together, but not strawberries and apples. I will say that I have mixed berries together with no problem. If you mix and experience a weight stall or gain, donât do it again. A lot of this is trial and error based on how your body reacts. The most important thing about the 5. Drink a TON of water. At least a gallon a day, especially during the summer. You can wake up your water with this simple recipes. I have just completed my first 2. I lost almost 1. 4 pounds and 9 inches in my chest, waist, hips, and thighs. Youâll be detoxing from sugar and junk food, and you will be miserable to be around. Youâll reconsider what you are doing. I was told Days 3- 6 are the worst, and they were. But stick with it because youâll feel better soon, promise. Nobody told me this one! You may notice bad body odor and bad breath. Itâs all of that detoxing youâre doing! I asked Jason if he could smell it, and he couldnât. Maybe your sense of smell is heightened as well, I donât know. But the body odor does go away. The bad breath sticks around. Chew gum, make sure itâs sugar- free gum. I have been chewing this Sugar Free Chewing Gum Sweetened with Xylitol Peppermint and really like it. Itâs hard to eat only a very limited menu and not be able to eat what everybody else is eating. You may even want to become a hermit and avoid social settings where people are eating and drinking and being merry. Iâve tried to hang out (4th of July sucked â I couldnât eat anything at our get together), and itâs really hard. You canât cheat at all. If you cheat with sugar, fat, or starches, youâre taking 2 steps back. I prefer hot veggies over salads. The first almost 2 weeks I tried to eat a salad with meat and either balsamic vinegar or lemon squeezed on it. I got burnt out on salads quickly. So now for lunch I fry a piece of chicken or turkey burger with some veggies. It takes a bit longer, but itâs worth it. Seasonings are your friend. You need to church things up. Just make sure whatever spices and seasonings you use are sugar- free. Try veggies and meat with Braggâs liquid aminos (it taste kind of like soy sauce), use Frankâs hot sauce and Tabasco, and use garlic and onions for flavor. Stevia and flavored liquid stevia (my favorite flavors are the Vanilla Cream and Coconut) in place of sugar. They arenât cheap, but you only use a few drops at a time so they last forever. Sugar- free doesnât necessarily mean sugar- free just because the label says so. Brands hide sugar under different names like maltose, maltodextrin, and sucrose to name a few. Hereâs a list of the 5. Make sure you are checking label ingredients! Youâll get sick of eating plain meat with just seasonings on it, so get creative. Branch out and try new things. Jason and I LOVED these lean curry burgers that we served over spinach with a side of lemon cucumbers. The recipe calls for garam masala, and I have a recipe for it here. This clean eating un- stuffed bell peppers recipe (minus the corn and cheese) is a favorite, too. Use chicken broth in place of the coconut oil. And this berry salad (minus the chocolate chips!) is amazing as well. There are also a ton of recipe boards for this diet on Pinterest. Iâll be sharing some recipes, too. You shouldnât exercise on this diet! Iâm totally not making this up. You wonât have energy for a big workout, and if you do, youâre body will go into starvation mode trying to store all of the fat and calories it has. A short walk or light yoga is fine, but anything else is no bueno. Iâve recently fallen in love with yoga and the peace and calmness it brings with it. Itâs been very helpful to me these last 2. You might stop losing, or even gain, weight. Water retention due to the heat, your monthly period, or cheating will all lead to a weight loss stall. If you have a weight loss stall for more than a few days, thereâs a couple things you can do: Do an âapple dayâ where you only eat 6 apples from lunch one day to lunch the next. I did, and wasnât hungry, but was sick of apples. My sister preferred a steak day. You donât eat anything until dinner and have one very big lean steak. Thatâs it. We both experienced weight loss the following morning after trying both things. Okay, you might occasionally get hungry, but for the most part youâll be satisfied. I was much more hungry during the days before I started this diet when all I did was eat crap all the time. When you do experience hunger pangs, drink more water. Eat a zero calorie food (like celery). Do something to take your mind off of it. And I think this goes without saying: you will need support. Find a friend whoâs also dieting or join a group on Facebook. I was lucky enough to have my sister doing it with me for the first 2. Since Iâm doing another 2. I still have her because sheâs done it twice and knows how difficult it is. Jason has been a huge support, too. Heâs been eating with me, though heâs not necessarily following the diet. And my family and friends have been my cheerleaders. But I also know it works. My sister did this diet back in January and lost close to 2. She also did it with me again over the last 2. I can tell you Iâm sleeping better, my allergies arenât as bad, I feel better overall, my blood pressure is normal (I had high blood pressure), Iâm not as moody, and Iâm not craving crap. My depression, which is normally at its worst during this time of year, is nowhere to be found. I couldnât be happier! If you have a success story, tips, recipes, or even a Pinterest board to share related to the 5. High Protein Vegetarian Foods. Tell someone youâre vegetarian, and the first objection youâll likely get is, âBut where do you get your protein?â (Nevermind what kind of shape the person asking is often in.)I personally have not let the protein issue affect me, choosing instead to cook and eat a wide variety of foods and trust that Iâll get enough protein and all of the essential amino acids, and Iâve never felt better. Since youâre interested in plant- based fitness check out my Beginnerâs Guide to Becoming a No Meat Athlete. At risk for a low lysine disorder could be vegetarians who follow a macrobiotic diet and athletes involved in frequent vigorous exercise. Daily requirements and good non- meat sources of specific amino acids. The requirement for the non- essential amino acids has changed considerably over the last 2. Also, cysteine can usually be synthesized by the human body under normal physiological conditions if a sufficient quantity of methionine is available. Concerns over soy supplements as the main source of amino acids. If you choose to supplement your diet with whey or soy protein, consider the following: There is a mixed consensus about whether soy contains all of the essential proteins. These clustered blood cells cannot properly absorb oxygen for distribution to the bodyâs tissues, and are unable to help in maintaining good cardiac health. With so much conflicting information, I would be hesitant to rely heavily on soy products or soy- related supplements to satisfy the bulk of my protein requirements. Best Protein Sources for Vegetarians. Iâve compiled a list of some of the best protein sources within different food groups, comparing what could be considered a normal serving: Food Amount Calories Protein Notes. Nuts and Seeds. Pumpkin/squash seeds 1 oz, 8. Black walnuts 1 oz 1. Pine nuts 1 oz, 1. Roasted almonds 1 oz, 2. Pistachios 1 oz 4. Sunflower seeds 1 oz 1. Peanuts without shells 1 oz 1. Cashews 1 oz 1. High protein, low carbohydrate diets are all the rage at the moment, with literally hundreds of different diets promoting this concept. However, there is a huge amount of variation in the amounts of protein, carbs and other foods included from diet to diet, with some recommending high protein meal replacements, others excluding all forms of carbs including fruit and some that recommend certain combinations of carbs and protein. With such variation between diets, it is understandably confusing as to what we should really be eating on a healthy high protein diet. Who can follow a high protein, low carb diet? A high protein, low carb diet is not for everybody and is by no means proven as the best way to lose weight. However, studies have suggested that for some people, this type of diet is an effective way to reduce fat and weight, particularly to kick start weight loss in those who are morbidly obese. Another Mentos advert highlighted the multicolored variety of the sweets by showing a scene where two young lovers are sitting in a living room. The teen girl screams as a small seemingly harmless spider crawls across the carpet. This prompts the teen boy to get off the couch that they are sitting on and pick up the spider, only to be violently thrown about by the spider. The slogan at the end reads . Myth. Busters concluded that the potassium benzoate, aspartame, and CO2 gas contained in the Diet Coke, in combination with the gelatin and gum arabic ingredients of the Mentos, all contribute to the formation of the foam. Myth. Busters reported that when fruit- flavored Mentos with a smooth waxy coating were tested in carbonated drink there was hardly a reaction, whereas mint- flavored Mentos (with no such coating) added to carbonated drink formed an energetic eruption, supporting the nucleation- site theory. According to Myth. Busters, the surface of the mint Mentos is covered with many small holes that increase the surface area available for reaction (and thus the quantity of reagents exposed to each other at any given time), thereby allowing CO2 bubbles to form with the rapidity and quantity necessary for the . A paper by Tonya Coffey, a physicist at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina, confirmed that the rough surface of the Mentos candy helps speed the reaction. Coffey also found that the aspartame in diet soda lowers the surface tension and causes a bigger reaction, but that caffeine does not accelerate the reaction. In some cases, dissolved solids that increase the surface tension of water (such as sugars) also increase fountain heights. Decreased bubble coalescence leads to smaller bubble sizes and greater foaming ability in water. The unofficial record, reached in Myth. Busters, was over 3. Retrieved 1. 6 February 2. Feeding for Urinary and Kidney Health. Last Updated on Sunday, January 2. PM. Published on Friday, May 2. PM. Written by Elisa Katz, DVM There is a connection between what cats are fed and what diseases they might get. This is an idea that is becoming much more widely accepted. Diet plays a role in disease syndromes such as kidney disease, urinary problems such as stones and crystals, Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease and gastrointestinal problems such as Inflammatory bowel disease is an often chronic condition characterized by inflammation and obstruction of portions of the gastrointestinal tract. It is usually accompanied by painful cramping and persistent diarrhea. As Any of a group of complex organic compounds that contain carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and sometimes sulphur, the characteristic element being nitrogen. They comprise the principal constituents of the protoplasm of all cells. All proteins have a common property; their structure includes simple units, amino acids. It's the kidney's job to remove these toxic substances. Waste products such as urea nitrogen, A waste chemical molecule that is generated from muscle metabolism. The kidneys filter creatinine from the blood, so rising levels of this molecule indicate impaired kidney function. In an infectious disease, the incubation period is the time between infection and the appearance of symptoms. The latency period is the time between infection and the. Following are links to a series of articles and studies on the roles of protein and phosphorus in the diet of dogs with kidney disease. Would you like to know more about a particular illness, diagnostic test, or therapeutic procedure? Or perhaps you would just like to read up on pregnancy, diabetes. You may be familiar with the names of these by- products of protein breakdown if your cat has had blood work done. These are what are measured in the blood to detect declining kidney function – high levels mean that the kidneys aren't working normally. A complication is that the kidneys possess an amazing capacity for compensation. As much as 7. 5% of kidney function must be lost before we can detect abnormally high blood values for these substances. Sometimes we see increased thirst and urination before the blood values rise above normal, as the kidneys become less able to conserve water, but not always. Since so much kidney function is lost by the time disease is usually detected, we need to do everything we can to help our cats maintain good kidney health in the first place. Diet for the Renal Patient In patients with chronic kidney disease or/on dialysis, the purpose of this diet is to maintain a balance of electrolytes, minerals, and. Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a kidney cancer that originates in the lining of the proximal convoluted tubule, a part of the very small tubes in the kidney that. A low protein diet, a diet in which people are required to reduce their intake of protein, is used by persons with abnormal kidney or liver function to. Do you want to know how to improve kidney function naturally? This article will detail 10 simple and easy methods to increase your kidney function without needing to. There are only a few definitively known causes for kidney disease. Genetic conditions such as polycystic kidney disease in Persian breeds, toxins such as anti- freeze and lilies, infections and cancer are all known to cause kidney disease. Much of the time, the exact cause is unknown, and a number of things may be contributing to impaired kidney function, including diet. Low- grade persistent bacterial infection in the bloodstream, such as that which occurs with advanced dental disease, may injure the kidneys over time. Preventing dental disease can be an important factor in the long- term health of your cat's kidneys. Other conditions that can cause harm to the kidneys include High blood pressure, usually a danger to health. The condition is often referred to as an overactive thyroid. Dehydration in cats causes the kidneys to concentrate urine to try to maintain the body's water balance. Concentrating urine predisposes a cat to renal injury. Also, the low magnesium content in diets designed to decrease urinary stone and crystal formation may adversely affect the kidneys over time. Recent research demonstrates that diets high in protein have no detrimental effect on the kidneys, and animals with mildly decreased kidney function do not benefit from reduced protein diets. This means that the protein source should be from actual meat and not a meat meal. The rendered product from mammal tissues, exclusive of any added blood, hair, horn, hide trimmings, manure, stomach and rumen contents. Usable muscle meat is removed before rendering, and so meat meals may contain high levels of calcium and phosphorous, which can harm the kidneys. Phosphorous restriction is important in order to prevent the development of renal secondary Abnormally increased activity of the parathyroid gland with excessive secretion of parathyroid hormone, which may be primary or secondary. Secondary nutritional hyperparathyroidism is usually due to inadequate calcium intake. The end result of this imbalance causes calcium to be drawn from the cat's bones and deposited into the tissues and organs, including the kidneys, further impairing their function. Cooked egg whites are high in protein and very low in phosphorus. The phosphorous content of 1. A metric unit of mass or weight equal to one thousandth of a kilogram. For comparison, 1. A metric unit of mass or weight equal to one thousandth of a kilogram. Binders are added to the food to prevent phosphorus from being absorbed into the body and bloodstream. It is best to try to keep the phosphorous level in the blood to within the normal range or only slightly above. Limiting protein is still sometimes used in cats with advanced kidney failure, but it has been my professional experience that The increased formation of urine by the kidneys. Diuresis can be accomplished either at home with Delivery of a substance (usually medication) via injection, just beneath the skin. Good hydration is a key element in helping cats with kidney disease. You can tell a human with kidney disease to be sure to drink plenty of extra water, but unfortunately you can't do that with your cat. We have to resort to other ways to accomplish extra fluid intake. Increasing water intake through food or, if necessary, through fluids given under the skin, can go a long way towards decreasing the stress on the kidneys and slow the progression of the disease. Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease/Feline lower urinary tract disease is a broad term that is used to cover a number of conditions associated with hte feline lower urinary tract. It may present as any of a variety of problems such as, inflammation of the bladder or urethra, formation of urinary crystals/stones in the bladder, and partial or total obstruction of the urethra. The normal instinctual diet of the feline consists of prey animals that are high in protein, have moderate amounts of fat, and little if any An organic substance composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen; mainly from plant origin. The most important carbohydrates are starches, sugars, celluloses and gums. The typical prey animal for a housecat, usually a rat or mouse, consists of approximately 5. This indicates that 7. Cats fed a dry diet exclusively are at a significant water deficit compared to cats eating a natural diet. They are only consuming about 1. You may think that the cat can make it up by drinking more water, but cats innately have a low thirst drive, as they evolved to eat prey consisting of so much moisture. This is one reason that the urine of intact male cats has such a strong odor. Basic chemistry tells us that the more concentrated a solution is, and in this case the solution is urine, the more likely any Chemicals that are dissolved in a liquid. Solutes found in urine may be classified as ions or organic molecules. For example, sodium and potassium are ions and urea and creatinine are organic molecules. The more concentrated the urine is, the more likely it is that it may irritate the delicate lining of the urinary bladder. An important component of the recommended treatment of FLUTD cats is the feeding of canned food or raw foods exclusively, which are about 7. This increases the cat's water intake, dilutes the urine and decreases the probability of crystals. A study of the urine of 1. Struvite precipitates in alkaline urine, forming stones. With increased protein, less magnesium is excreted in the urine, and the increased protein causes an osmotic diureses. Water is drawn into the kidneys and makes the cat urinate more. Treating urinary problems in this way may contribute to kidney disease, as recent evidence has suggested that the low magnesium content of these diets may have a detrimental effect on the kidneys over time. During that time period, allergies, urinary problems, digestive problems and kidney disease in cats have all increased. This is in part due to better diagnostics and cats living longer, but it is my professional opinion that the widespread feeding of dry kibble diets plays a significant role. Animal foods are the most opulent source of protein. However, if you are switching from animal foods to vegan based foods, make sure that you incorporate protein rich foods such as soy products, edamame, tofu, beans, hummus, peas, lentils, etc. As compared to animal iron, it’s difficult for human body to absorb plant based iron. So make sure that along with eating iron rich foods such as seeds, tofu, spinach, broccoli, figs, prunes, apricot etc., you also eat foods rich in vitamin C such as tomatoes, citrus fruits etc. Vitamin D aids your body in absorbing calcium. The 10-Day Detox Course is a program designed by Dr. Mark Hyman to help you break addictions to sugar and processed foods Mark Hyman. Since the release of my book Eat Fat, Get Thin, I've noticed fierce debates on social media and other news sources about things like calorie counting, eating vs. Unfortunately, most of it is terrible, misguided, outdated and scientifically disproven. This ubiquitously poor advice can create weight loss roadblocks and even damage your health. Here are four prevalent misguided myths that drive me nuts. Myth #1: All Calories are Created Equal. Revware is a leading metrology software and equipment manufacturer The Blood Sugar Solution 10-Day Detox Diet: Activate Your Body's Natural Ability to Burn Fat and Lose Weight Fast . A calorie is a calorie, right? This myth that refuses to die keeps people from getting and staying healthy, as well as losing weight and keeping it off. The current thinking is as long as we burn more calories than we consume, we will lose weight. The multi- billion dollar weight loss industry perpetuates this lie and actually relies on you believing it to stay afloat. Thinking that losing weight is all about energy balance or calories in/calories out, vastly oversimplifies the truth. The food industry and government agencies love this myth because it keeps you buying more junk food, which they suggest you eat in moderation. How's that working out for America? Truth is, there are good and bad calories. Your body is much more complex than a simple math problem. When we eat, our food interacts with our biology, a complex adaptive system that instantly transforms every bite. Food is more than just calories and flavors. Food is information telling our cells what to do. In fact, every bite you eat affects your hormones, brain chemistry and metabolism. Sugar calories cause fat storage and spike hunger. Calories from fat and protein promote fat burning. What counts more is the quality, not the quantity, of the calories. The highest- quality calories comes from whole foods. Calories from high- quality whole foods are naturally lower in calories as compared with processed foods. This is why calorie counting isn't necessary when you eat fresh foods like those your great- grandma made. These foods include quality proteins such as grass- fed animal products (not factory- farmed), organic eggs, chicken, small wild fish, nuts and seeds. It means good fats like avocado, extra- virgin olive oil, coconut butter and omega- 3 fats from fish. And it includes good carbs like vibrantly colored vegetables (the brighter the better), fruits like wild berries, apples and kiwis, and superfoods like chia and hemp seeds. Myth #2: Your Genetics Define You and Your Health. Most conventional doctors still believe we are pre- dispositioned to weight gain due to familial history. In other words, if your mom is fat and your grandma is fat, that's why you became fat. You drew the fat card or the diabetes card in the genetic lottery. As a firm believer that food is medicine and information for our cells, I can assure you our genetics do not dictate future health outcomes. We possess much more power over them. Consider this: There are 3. Even if you had all 3. Our genes only change 2 percent every 2. About 3. 5 percent of Americans are obese today, yet by 2. Our genes simply don't evolve that fast to keep up with the increase. What changed drastically wasn't our genes. It was that we went from eating about 1. These pharmacological doses of sugar and flour hijack our metabolism and make us fat and sick. Numerous factors contribute to obesity, but the least of them is genetics. Myth #3: You Can Out- Exercise a Bad Diet. The myth that you can eat whatever you want and burn the calories with exercise is completely false and makes no sense if you understand how the human body works. If you think you can exercise your way to weight loss, you're in for a big disappointment if you treat yourself to a post- workout sugar- laden smoothie, muffin or other . You can't just suck back some Gatorade to quench your thirst after your 3. If you're relying on exercise to lose weight without changing your diet, you're setting yourself up for failure. You can change your diet and lose weight, but if you exercise and keep your diet the same, you may gain some muscle, improve endurance and be healthier overall, but you won't shed many pounds. Put this into perspective: If you drink just one 2. If you consume one super- sized fast- food meal, you'll have to run four miles a day for one whole week to burn it off. If you eat that every day, you have to run a marathon every single day to burn it off. You simply cannot exercise your way out of a bad diet. Yes, exercise is extremely important, but to lose weight and keep it off you need to couple exercise with a healthy diet filled with plenty of plant foods, healthy fats and protein. Myth #4: Fat Makes You Fat. Here's another pet peeve: Eating fat makes you fat. Fat is not a four- letter word! Eating fat not only doesn't make you fat, it's critical to health and weight loss. Studies comparing a high- fat diet that is identical in calorie count to a high- sugar diet had totally different effects on metabolism. The higher- fat diet caused people to burn an extra 3. That's the equivalent of running for an hour without doing any exercise. Dietary fat actually speeds up your metabolism, while sugar slows it down. The right kinds of fat cool down inflammation, while sugar fuels it. In studies of animals that ate identical calorie diets of either low- fat (high- sugar) or higher- fat and protein diets showed that higher- sugar diets led to more fat deposition and muscle loss, while the higher- fat and protein diets led to more muscle mass and fat loss. Keep in mind they were eating exactly the same number of calories. The right fats are actually your cells' preferred fuel, especially those fats called medium- chain triglycerides (MCTs) that come from foods like coconut oil and coconut butter. Yes, stay away from trans fats, but good fats like extra- virgin olive oil, coconut butter, avocado, nuts, seeds and nut butters keep us full and lubricate the wheels of our metabolism. Please stop fearing fat! I've created a plan to reset your body and move toward your best self that incorporates movement, supplementation and above all, food and dietary fats . The Eat Fat, Get Thin program is a 2. Thousands of people all over the world have completed this program, and the results have been astonishing.
If you're tired of typical calorie- deprivation diets that don't work, I highly recommend joining our Eat Fat, Get Thin January challenge. Hypothyroid Mom's Favorite Thyroid Books. The Paleo Diet: Eating Like a Caveman. By Dr. Mercola. The Paleo Diet is one of the hottest diet trends around. With celebrity followers and even high- end restaurants taking notice of Paleo principles, some might even say Paleo has gone mainstream. As the diet has grown in popularity, so too have its vocal supporters. I thought I should comment, as many in the media describe my recommendations as Paleo, which they aren’t. The Paleo Diet: What Is It? Humans today suffer more chronic and debilitating diseases than ever before. And there can be little doubt that our food choices play a major role in this development. Most Americans eat a much narrower selection of fruits, vegetables, roots, and nuts, and in lesser quantities than our “cavemen” ancestors. By eating foods that are concordant with your genetic ancestry, you can avoid many of the diseases associated with our modern diet, and which far too many still believe is predetermined by “bad genes.” As Dr. Loren Cordain, author of The Paleo Diet and one of the world's leading experts on Paleolithic nutrition, stated. This genetic discordance ultimately manifests itself as various chronic illnesses, which have been dubbed ”diseases of civilization.’. By severely reducing or eliminating these foods and replacing them with a more healthful cuisine, possessing nutrient qualities more in line with the foods our ancestors consumed, it is possible to improve health and reduce the risk of chronic disease.? But critics argue that the Paleo Diet may be too restrictive, putting strict followers at risk of nutritional deficiencies and proving to be unrealistic to follow for the average American. News & World Report rated the Paleo Diet dead last at #3. Dukan diet - - even Slim Fast placed #1. Experts took issue with the diet on every measure. Regardless of the goal—weight loss, heart health, or finding a diet that’s easy to follow—most experts concluded that it would be better for dieters to look elsewhere.”. The criticism largely surrounds the diet’s restriction of grains and dairy, the former of which is one of the key reasons why Paleo eating is far healthier than the average American diet. Another oft- cited criticism of the Paleo Diet is minimal research supporting its benefits, although there are clinical trials (albeit small ones) supporting its use. In that time, their blood pressure levels decreased, as did their levels of cholesterol, by an average of 3. Their levels of triglycerides also improved. Finally, U. S. News’ ranking suggests that the Paleo Diet is unrealistic because the panelists didn't believe it was possible to find the appropriate foods in the modern era. Nothing could be further from the truth, because food selection today is no longer dictated by your environment as it was so long ago, but rather by your choices at the supermarket or, better, the farmer's market. While you wouldn't be able to find many of the wild varieties of plant foods eaten by cavemen even if you wanted to, because modern agriculture has largely taken over the food supply and tweaked and shrunk it to where only a few varieties of wheat, corn, and other plant foods are left, you can certainly mold your diet around the principles of Paleo eating rather simply just by tweaking the way you shop. The Paleo Diet May Be a Problem for Some People. While I do believe that the Paleo Diet can be a healthful way of eating, especially compared to the Standard American Diet, I also believe it has certain weaknesses or flaws that could be improved upon. The primary one is that I believe it has far too much protein for most people. Protein is freely substituted for carbs as being a healthy choice. I believe it is the rare person who really needs more than one- half gram of protein per pound of lean body mass. Those that are aggressively exercising and competing or pregnant women should have about 2. To determine your lean body mass, find out your percent body fat and subtract from 1. So if you are 2. 0% body fat you would have 8. Just multiply that by your current weight to get lean body mass. For most people, this means restricting protein intake from 3. As mentioned, pregnant women and those working out extensively need about 2. Also, some believe that the Paleo Diet is too low- carb for some people. Generally speaking, if you're on a high- carb diet and suddenly reduce your carb intake, your blood cholesterol profile will improve. Typically, your triglyceride levels will be sharply reduced. Paul Jaminet, a trained astrophysicist and author of the book Perfect Health Diet, you may be able to tolerate an extremely low- carb diet if your health is really good, because your body can manufacture some glucose from protein. Others may not fare as well. If you get infections (which will raise your body's glucose needs), then you can really get into trouble on a zero carb diet. In general, it's a stressful thing for your body. Ron Rosedale, believe you can't have too little glucose because it's always going to cause some adverse metabolic consequence, Dr. Jaminet, on the other hand, believes that once you get below a certain threshold of glucose in your diet, you can start experiencing certain health challenges. Once that resistance resolves, then it likely becomes counterproductive to maintain a low- carb approach. Once your weight, blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol normalize, you can increase your carbs. Personally, I now consume several pieces of fruit a day and have two dozen fruit trees in my yard, but my body weight, fat and insulin resistance are all optimized. Does the Paleo Diet Contain Too Much Protein and Not Enough Fat? Replacing carbs with too much protein can actually cause health challenges similar to eating too many grain carbs and sugars. The Paleo Diet is about 3. This pathway is ancient but relatively recently appreciated and has only been known for less than 2. Many new cancer drugs are actually being targeted to use this pathway. Drugs using this pathway have also been given to animals to radically extend their lifespan. But you don't have to use drugs to get this pathway to work for you. Your healthiest option is to ensure your carbs come primarily from fresh, organic vegetables, eat limited amounts of high- quality protein, and eat primarily a high- fat diet. Depending on the type of carbs (high fiber or not), most people need anywhere between 5. Key Differences Between My Nutrition Plan and the Paleo Diet. My nutrition plan has many similarities with the Paleo Diet, namely the restriction of sugars and grains, increases in fresh vegetables and a focus on finding high- quality, toxin- free food sources. However, there are some key differences that I want to highlight, as I believe these factors can make a significant difference in your health. My nutrition plan contains the following dietary advice, which the Paleo Diet is lacking: Less protein, higher healthy fat: In general, it would be unusual for most adults to need more than 1. When you reduce protein, you need to replace it with other calories, specifically high- quality fats such as avocados, butter, coconut oil, olives, olive oil, nuts, and eggs. Dairy is allowed: Dairy, particularly full- fat raw dairy, is allowed in my nutrition plan. I personally do not drink muchmilk nor think it is necessary to drink milk, but raw dairy does have some worthwhile nutritional components, as do other whole raw dairy products, like raw- milk cheese. Seafood should be eaten with caution: The Paleo Diet includes fish and other seafood as a regular meal. However, it is difficult to find seafood that is free from toxin buildup as a result of pollution. For this reason, I recommend only safe sources of seafood, such as wild Alaskan salmon, sardines, and anchovies, as well as a high- quality, animal- based omega- 3 fat supplement (krill oil) to make up for lacking seafood in your diet. Fermented vegetables: One of the best ways to protect your health is by keeping your gut flora healthy by eating naturally fermented foods. Fermented vegetables are a key component of this and are highly recommended in my nutrition plan. One- quarter to one- half cup of fermented veggies with each meal is ideal, but you may need to work up to this amount gradually. Intermittent fasting: The Paleo Diet is supportive of intermittent fasting, although it does not specifically highlight it. However, intermittent fasting or “scheduled eating” is one of the most powerful interventions I know of to shed excess weight and reduce your risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. There are many different variations of intermittent fasting, but if you are like 8. In Doubt About What to Eat? Read My Nutrition Plan. Dietary advice can be a bit of a moving target, as everyone has unique nutritional needs and what’s “best” is a highly controversial topic in the media. To be most beneficial, dietary advice needs to be regularly revised based on new research and increases in wisdom from personal explorations of applying this research. But virtually everything else is evolution in process. The challenge is to keep up- to- date with it all and have a process that allows you to integrate this information using an easily digestible format. That is one of the primary reasons behind the compilation of my nutrition plan. That is one of the reasons I chose to focus my efforts on the Internet. I strongly recommend reviewing my nutrition plan whenever your schedule allows. It is a very detailed and comprehensive program – it's basically an entire book in multimedia format. The plan is divided into three stages: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. If you realize you're already doing all the things included in the beginner's phase, then it may be time to move on to the next phase. If you’re a Paleo Diet fan, you may be able to jump in at the intermediate or advanced level, taking your health to an even higher level than you had before. In response to the latest Journal article on the 5 part protocol used by Mary from Brooklyn that appears at this juncture to have cleared the remaining HIV viruses from the lymph node reservoirs, a few people have called and asked where to obtain whole black seed (nigella sativa). The site used by Mary was kevala. The label they used described nigella sativa as . It is important to note that while Nigella Sativa sometimes is sometimes referred to by the common name of Black Cumin, it is not the Cumin spice that is commonly found in grocery stores and used in Chile, Mexican, and Indian dishes. Regular cumin is brown not black and it has a different taste than Nigella sativa, which has a peppery taste. Nigella sativa is commonly grown in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, India and Turkey and has also been used as a flavoring in certain dishes. Historically, it is known for its medicinal value and has been referred to in prophetic literature more than 1. At that time, the seed was eaten whole usually with raw honey. We are very interested in hearing from anyone attempting to duplicate the protocol used by Mary from Brooklyn as a possible cure for HIV/AIDS. We think there are many combinations that could lead to the same goal - total viral eradication. My opinion is that persons who were recently infected (within the past year) have a greater chance of reaching a cure status with this 5 part protocol than those who have been in this battle for 2. History records that Thomas Edison tried 1. Ever since, the world has been brighter. A first cure for HIV may be historic but will not be remembered if it is the only one. It will take many thousands more of successful duplications before the champagne bottles can be uncorked. The mistake the medical establishment has made is to treat HIV as a viral infection and not as AIDS which is also a dysfunction of the immune system. When we learn how to tweak the optimum immune response, many more cures will follow. There are many immune response similarities between AIDs and cancer. Cures for cancer will happen more frequently when we learn how to heal, balance and restore proper immune responses. The latest Journal of Immunty (Vol 1. No 1) is off the press and hard copies were mailed on March 2. Most of this issue is an extended article on the breaking news of the case from Brooklyn, NY that based on the totality of all lab tests to date - the HIV virus has been completely cleared in this one case. Here is a summary of subparagraph article titles in this newsletter- . This report is updated from Jan 2. February 2. 01. 7 and contains some new details not previously known or published. Mary became infected in January 2. Neither her or her husband know he was HIV+. February 2. 01. 5, she tested positive on a standard HIV test for the virus. Around March 1. 1, Complera was prescribed. This was about 2 months after the original diagnosis of being HIV+, The ingredients in Complera, its benefits and side effects, can be found at complera. The website states that Complera is not a cure for AIDS. However, Mary’s protocol involved more than using Complera. On March 1. 9, she used a coffee grinder to grind 4 teaspoons of whole black seeds into a powder that she mixed with water and took this twice a day with meals for one month - then she reduced the dosage to two teaspoons twice a day. Her source of the whole black seeds was kevala. She stopped using the black seed by December of 2. Note: She told me in Feb. She did not use black seed powder in capsules and she did not use black seed oil. She also blended 2 whole raw beets with a quart of water and made a smoothie. By Dec of 2. 01. 5, she reduced her intake of raw beet juice. She ate 2 cloves of raw garlic 3 times a day with meals. She sliced them and placed on whole grain bread, crackers or on a salad. CD8 count was 3. 10 and the CD4/CD8 ratio climbed to 1. By the end of December 2. However, she continued with the Complera, the vitamin D3, her basic diet and daily prayers. Based on my latest interview I did in February 2. I learned that Mary did not take 1. Total weekly intake of D3 was about 6. By June 2. 01. 6, her serum levels of vitamin D3 were 8. CD4/ CD8 ratio was 2. We will never know this as no HIV antibody test was done until May of 2. A few months earlier, the saliva Oraquick test was negative, but we learned from sources that this test was not reliable once you had been infected. Now that she has been virus free and on no HIV meds since Oct 1, 2. One more important question - can her protocol be used by others and have the same results? More time and testing will answer both of these questions. Le. Beau - Petition Denied Today Feb 2. U. S. Supreme Court denied my Petition for a Writ of Certiorari ending a 7 year legal odyssey. It took just two words: . That effectively brings the case to an abrupt end. As President Trump says at the end of many of his tweets . Every year, the Supreme Court receives about 7. So the odds were clearly stacked (1. Every judge that touched this case in the past 7 years acted like it was the third rail of politics. The courts are continuing to uphold the deviations and perversions of law decided by courts nearly 1. They must have found the cherries in my case a bit tart. The rule of law and the pursuit of justice will await another day. I will have more to say in my upcoming newsletter next month. Conrad – my heart- felt acknowledgements. You led a valiant, unrelenting 7 year long fight, against great odds, with politically conflicted legal special interests - - who lead you through the well controlled, mind numbing and time consuming maze of illusionary due process litigation. Though your undeterred, relentless efforts, you have forced many to expose their hypocrisies, providing voluminous insights as to how they lead one on, wear one down - mutually conspiring and hoping that you will exhaust your resources and give up before getting a fair impartial hearing . I have the Perfect Title: Rigged My 7 Year Relentless Struggle to get Justice in the US Court System You have taken a path less worn and opened the way. For that we all should be most thankful. Schmidt President & CEO Synergy 3 Group Inc. I am proud of you, Uncle Conrad. It is tiny because it is merely political and temporal in its ontology; it is a cage because it is parochial in both a geographical and metaphysical sense. That is all any of us can ever do, and a great deal more than most of us have the courage to do. Mary from Brooklyn: This is an update from last year. In a phone call on Jan 2. I was told she had discontinued all prescribed meds and all other self help remedies including the black seed, and the high daily dose of vitamin D starting Oct 1, 2. In Nov, about 6 weeks after discontinuing all treatments for HIV, she stated her viral load remained undetectable, p. HIV antibodies (elisa/western blot) also non- reactive. Her CD4's were at 8. CD8 at 3. 42 and CD4/CD8 ratio at 2. We are awaiting to hear from Mary about a recent test to see if this HIV - status is maintained or if the virus has re- emerged from hiding. This test result is crucial in determining whether or not total viral eradication has or has not occurred. Future updates will be posted when available. HIgh blood levels of Vitamin D may be a critical component of a future cure for HIV/AIDSConrad Le. Beau. Mike, an HIV seropositive male in his 5. Wisconsin has been on HIV drugs for over 2. HIV negative as measured by PCR. This fall he told me in an interview that he gained 2. Pontoon boat and enjoying the outdoors at a nearby lake. I shared my theory with him that the added weight could be due to the increased vitamin D levels resulting from his exposure to outdoor sunshine. The resulting increase in vitamin D would have had a powerful anti- inflammatory effect - reducing both TNF and IL- 6, and as a result improve his intestinal absorption of nutrients from his diet. I suggested he find out what his CD4/CD8 ratio was and if it had returned to a normal range, also, to have an HIV antibody test (elisa/western blot) to see if he still has any antibodies to the virus. It would take vitamin D supplementation in the range of 1. COMPLICATIONS 1st TRIMESTERCOMPLICATIONS. IN PREGNANCYMost pregnancies are healthy and free from complications, but. In most cases, risks. The Megalithic Portal and Megalith Map: The original Europeans who carried the rhesus negative blood factor 3. Europeans who painted the comic strips and other art in the caves of southern France and northern Spain which includes the Chauvet- Pont- d' Arc cave and the Lascaux cave paintings found in the Pyrennes. The rhesus negative blood factor is a recessive phenotype while the O rhesus positive factor is a dominant phenotype. Black wavy hair, brown eyes, copper to brown tanned oily skin are dominant phenotypes which the men who drew these cave paintings most likely possessed. The women most likely possessed dominant features as well but probably had hazel eyes and slightly lighter skin which may have been less oily. These women were probably the carriers of the O positive blood factor. France and the Basque region hunted the wild bison, wooly rhinocerus, horse, and mammoth where they lived in tepees with the women and not in the painted caves according to popular belief. The women would have gathered wild fruits, seeds, and berries where they brought them back to thier campsite. They probably spent most of thier time in those dark tepees and only occasionaly did they most likely wander out of thier tepees to collect the fruit of the plains. The reason being for this is that after menstruation and child birth, they needed protection from the cold and other weather elements to raise and feed thier children. This is probably where the women, over thousands of years, obtained the recessive genotypes like lighter skin and hazel eyes, although not necessarily the dominate phenotype of the O+ blood factor which they most likely picked up 5- 6. Siberia on thier way to northern and southern Europe. It is positively sure that a few of the O rhesus positive women joined the O rhesus negative tribe, but a lot of the women travelling to southern Europe just below the Swiss alps likely still had the O rhesus negative factor while those travelling north of the glaciated Swiss alps likely had the O rhesus positive factor. This may explain why a lot of Spanish and Italians presently have dark hair as opposed to the Germans and French who have lighter complexions and blond or blonde hair. Modern humans (H. Europe by 3. 5 0. B. C. During the final glaciation they occupied the area south of the major ice sheets, including both Spain and southern Britain. This Late Palaeolithic population is thought to have been relatively open with regard to mating networks, and mutations could have circulated among the founder populations of Spain and the British Isles. Indeed, during the maximum glaciation at around 1. BC, south- west Europe may have served as a refuge area for Palaeolithic populations where the shift in the thermal gradient enhanced offshore fishing on the Cantabrian coast. It is about this time that probably some of the big game such as bison, wooly rhinocerus, and mammoth would have been hunted to extinction while the lions who hunted these prey became extinct also. The hunters then probably turned to horses and the giant irish deer for food. France were becoming scarce and these hunters knew this. These giant irish riendeer likely stayed close to the ice- capped mountains of the Pyrennes and when the weather got warmer, they headed toward the glaciated mountain caps of the Swiss alps. The warm period came to an end about 1. The famous Irish archaeologist Michael O'Kelly wrote. What these were made of is uncertain, however it's quite possible that they used large logs made from oaks or pine that were doubled on top of one another where they were tied down with soft springy saplings that were split lengthwise and bent over the logs horizontaly to the top and the underside. These springy saplings with pliability were then tied at the ends together with leather similar to how a gripper bar raft is made. A coracle was placed on top of the gripper bar raft which was tied down to the corners of the raft with leather rope. The coracle may have had small holes in it to allow for a paddle rudder mounted on an A- frame to steer the raft. The cut leather surrounding the holes would have been tied around the wooden branches of the A- frame with finer strips of leather. The sails would have likely been made from the skins of the giant irish reindeer with the skins being scraped clean and sewn together. It's also possible the skins would have been made from smaller reindeer hides, but this seems unlikely since the hunters had sought and favoured the larger irish reindeer, and the coracle placed on top of the raft would have been too small. Whatever the ocean ships were made of, the hunter- gatherers sought reindeer and knew they lied north of the Bay of Biscay and set out to sail from there. They headed north using star navigation about 1. Arctic Norway. The first people to settle on the west coasts of the Atlantic Islands 1. Finnmark in Arctic Norway, who needed safe harbours, resting places, supply and repair services for thier ocean transport ships. The first and most important of these bases established was likely on Orkney, which has the longest record of continuous settlement of the British Isles and has rich archaeological sites to prove it. The traditional view of the origin of the Picts is that they started out settling the other islands from Orkney as is written by Bede in . It was also roughly the half- way point between the Basque country and Finnmark. The people sent there over the centuries came from either the Bay of Biscay or from the western coasts of Ireland which they may have used as a repair and resting staion. From the Bay of Biscay, they brought any needed tools, livestock and nets. It is quite possible that they may have brought pigs and goats because they could survive with little care in the coastal forests and they seem to do well together since pigs eat roots and tubers while goats can eat small twigs, branches and lichens. The west coasts of Ireland and Scotland which presently have moors would have looked like forests since the warm gulf stream would not have had a full effect at this stage. The weather appears to have been considerably better than it is today as O'Kelly wrote. The lowlands and lower mountain slopes became covered in woodland and the heath lands seem to have disappeared. Pine also became prominent and while hazel continued to increase at the expense of birch, the oak and the elm made their appearance. The climate was relatively dry and not unlike that of the present day, although perhaps less stormy because the forest was able to spread right down to the western coastline. It is known that man was in Ireland at this time.. These people who populated the northwest coast of Europe have a very special blood peculiarty which thier descendants are still living today. Dr. Luigi Cavalli- Sforza published a map of the populations with the highest percentage of thier members with Rh- negative blood. One can estimate degrees of relatedness by subtracting the percentage of Rh- negative individuals among, say, the English (1. Basques (2. 5%) to find a difference of nine percentage points. The highest percentage of people with rh- blood is found in the Atlas mountains of Morocco(4. The next highest are the Basques, reported in different publications as having 2. The people of northwest Ireland, the Highland Scots and the western islanders of Norway all have between 1. Lapps of Norway and Finland have between 5 and 7%It is said that the first people in Ireland came from Scotland in wooden boats 1. If the first people came to Ireland from Scotland 1. Scotland, the outer Hebrides, and Orkney were populated much earlier. Not only that, the people on the west coasts of Ireland where supply and repair stations for the ocean boats of the hunters in Arctic Norway would have been to Ireland a few centuries or a thousand years earlier. It's possible that even if there were no deer in certain places among the glaciated Atlantic coasts, the hunter- gatherers would have eaten raw seal. The area was widely glaciated and a mini iceage would have made sure they didn't stay there for very long atleast. It is said that the first people came to county Antrim in Northern Ireland and when the mini iceage lasting a few centuries set in, they moved south along the east coast of Ireland where mesolithic remains but no settlements were found. It may also have been possible that if the first people did settle on the west coasts of Ireland, they would have travelled back to the outer Hebrides of Scotland or present day Britain when the mini iceage did set in. At any rate, these people hung around in Ireland and Scotland for 3. Bay of Biscay while the women were gathering plants and berries as mesolithic hunter- gatherers when the first celtic speaking neolithic settlers arrived. THE NEOLITHIC SETTLEMENTS OF IRELANDThe Celtic speaking neolithic settlers of Ireland were Ireland's first farmers who made grave cairns, passage tombs and megaliths from large standing stones which they dug up and may have found more flint from removing them. Given the higher productivity of an agricultural subsistence economy and the effect of sedentism itself on birth spacing, the new farming communities could quickly have outgrown the indigenous population before much intermarriage took place. At the end of the period, ca. BC, the basis of the Irish genepool was determined, with an estimated 1. Ireland. These people had the slight advantage in the fact that they brought cows with them so thier flesh could be preserved by smoking which meant it had a longer shelf life; smoking pig flesh does not preserve or stay as long as it is full of fat. They may have also come in huge numbers and brought better strands of healthier wheat or barley and made milk from the cows to feed thier young. By the end of the mesolithic there were several thousand people in Ireland and probably twice that amount before the neolithic people arrived in Scotland. RHESUS NEGATIVE BLOODTYPE – THE OUTLAWWHERE DO WE COME FROM? Are certain abilities given to Rh- negative individuals as a condition of their blood type? Do people with Rh- negative blood possess greater psychic abilities? Do they posses a genetic factor entirely. Blood types are further broken down into two factors . However, mules are born sterile because there is no genetic relationship between the horse and the donkey. When humans were first created, were they a product of two genetically similar, but not directly related species? Were they a combination of the DNA of the primates and the gods and produced .
